YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• Create the best rental experience by maximizing sales and service opportunities for every customer
• Advise national and international, commercial and private customers in the branch while delivering excellent face-to-face customer service
• Be an expert on all vehicles in the SIXT fleet and advise customers on protection items and extras
• Manage our premium vehicle fleet and sell additional services covering all aspects of car rental
• Assist with driving and valeting cars when required

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Sales Talent: Motivated, enjoys direct customer contact, and has a natural sales ability
• Practical Experience and Management Skills: Experience in sales, service, or tourism, with a service-oriented mindset, reliability, and responsibility
• Communication: Excellent communication skills
• Flexibility: Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, with flexible hours
• Driver License: Valid driver’s license with at least 12 months of driving experience
