Position: Rental Sales Agents

OTE earnings opportunity - £30,000

Would you like to be part of the Europcar team? Are you someone who enjoys and excels in customer-facing roles? Do you enjoy achieving targets and working as part of a diverse team? We are looking for Rental Sales Agents at our Newcastle Railway location to work as part of our team on the front desk.

You will work in a fast-paced environment where the customer is at the centre of everything we do. You will be responsible for providing a world-class customer service while offering our range of additional products and services to facilitate their onward journey. Through our sales approach, you'll also have the opportunity to earn substantial commissions!

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality rental service to meet customer needs
• Recognize and report prospective business opportunities and competitor activity
• Sell company services and products to meet targets
• Handle telephone inquiries professionally
• Accurately complete rental administration, vehicle documentation, and damage reports
• Manage cash, vehicles, premises, and ensure customer safety

Key Skills and Attributes:

• A full, valid, clean driving license with at least 4 years of driving experience
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• Clear verbal and written communication skills
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Influential and enthusiastic about sales, with a positive response to objections
