Now, we want you to be a part of our journey as a Rental Customer Service Advisor at our Volkswagen Dealership in Solihull.
Basic Salary of £26,000
A Full Driving license is essential for this role as travelling to different sites and locations is required on a regular basis. Although rental experience isn't necessary automotive experience is beneficial. We are looking for a candidate with great administration and customer service skills.
Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm

Role and Responsibilities:
- Ensure all reservations, bookings and enquiries are handled promptly and efficiently
- Ensure all service level agreements are met.
- Vehicle status management/weekly audit of vehicles.
- Accurate record keeping especially insurance records.
- Administration of maintenance on all vehicles.
- Month end close down procedures/batch invoicing/liaison with the Finance Department.
- To maintain personal awareness of the company quality policies and procedures and at all times comply with the general and company procedures described within the relevant operational manuals.
The ideal candidate will:
- Previous experience in rental is essential
- Experience of working to service levels and quality measures
- Experience of rental operating systems, desirable
- Must hold a full clean UK driving licence
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
