Rent and Service Charge Officer
Based in Broxbourne, Hertfordshire
Permanent, full-time, 37 hours per week
Salary: £32,513 - £36,125 per annum

We have an exciting opportunity for part-qualified or qualified by experience accountant to join our dedicated organisation.

In this role, you’ll provide support for rent and service charge setting, working with colleagues to ensure our data is accurate and up to date, the right amounts are collected, and costs are appropriately recharged, maximising our ability to reinvest in the provision of safe, good quality homes. You’ll also complete monthly reconciliations of rechargeable repairs, prepare the annual actual service charges and carry out the daily posting of rent payments to customer’s accounts on the housing management system.

- Knowledge of general routine accounting and accounts receivable processes
