An accredited social care organization in Wales is seeking a qualified Accountant to manage rent setting and service charge coordination. This role involves ensuring compliance with social housing regulations and optimizing financial processes to deliver accurate information monthly. Reporting directly to Head of Housing finance, the role includes rent setting policy and service charge coordination, working with the asset management team to achieve value for money for customers. You will also take ownership of compliance with rent standard and lead on process optimisation for rent and service charge function. Ensuring that financial information is produced timely and accurate on a monthly basis.
