Rent & Service Charge Accountant

Location: Tunbridge Wells

Hours: 35 hours

Notice: 1 Month

Probation Period: 6 Months

Salary: 34,826

Role Summary

The role is to maximise rent and service charge income. Working collaboratively across the organisation so that the TCH (Town and Country Housing) annual rent and reviews and service charges reconciliations are compliant. You will be effectively analysing service charge income versus expenditure and providing front line teams specialist support by processing bills, tracking service charge budgets, and answering queries from both internal and external customers.
