Are you a natural multitasker with a flair for organisation and a passion for delivering exceptional support? A prestigious and dynamic property consultancy is on the lookout for a sharp, proactive PA to support two Directors and be the linchpin of their high-performing team.

This PA role is varied and fast-paced, where no two days are the same. You’ll be the go-to person ensuring everything runs like clockwork, from providing exceptional traditional support and managing key sales admin functions to keeping the office environment polished and productive.
The Role - PA blends classic personal assistant responsibilities with hands-on office coordination, offering exposure to an energetic team of property professionals.
  • Act as the engine behind the Sales department, keeping diaries, arranging viewings, preparing reports, and ensuring seamless communication.
  • Be the face of the office, liaising with clients and colleagues, welcoming visitors, and setting the tone for a warm, professional atmosphere.
  • Manage the day-to-day running of the office, maintain supplies, coordinate meetings, and keep systems and files in top shape.
  • Drive efficiency, track key performance data, assist with invoicing, and support business development efforts.
You will be/have
  • A confident communicator with previous PA or office administration experience
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM systems, document production, and digital scheduling tools
  • Someone who’s impeccably organised, unflappable under pressure, and keen to make a difference
  • A polished, professional manner with a discreet, proactive approach
  • Experience in property is highly desirable
