Job Description:

An exciting and rare opportunity has arisen for a talented and experienced PA to join a very successful international property company, working with properties in prime locations across London and the country.

This is a varied and fast-paced role supporting an established and high-performing team. You'll be central to the smooth running of operations, trusted with key responsibilities and involved in exciting projects from day one. The role - PA:
  1. Managing busy diaries, organising meetings and travel
  2. Handling calls with professionalism and discretion
  3. Key client and stakeholder management
  4. Organising internal and external events
  5. Creating and managing marketing materials such as brochures, floor plans, and online listings
  6. Liaising with external suppliers to support the property lifecycle
  7. Coordinating internal communications and providing wider business support
  8. Collaborating with marketing, HR, and finance teams
  9. Assisting with social media and PR requests
  10. Helping shape team culture through social and charity initiatives
You will be/have:
  1. A highly capable PA with 2++ yrs experience who enjoys working at pace and takes pride in being organised, professional and reliable.
  2. Confident, with outstanding organisation and time-management skills
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication
  4. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential matters
  5. A proactive approach and the ability to prioritise effectively
  6. Confidence working with Microsoft Office
  7. A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to support the wider team wherever needed
  8. Experience in property, private client, or professional services environment
