This is a varied and fast-paced role supporting an established and high-performing team. You'll be central to the smooth running of operations, trusted with key responsibilities and involved in exciting projects from day one.

The role - PA:
  • Managing busy diaries, organising meetings and travel
  • Handling calls with professionalism and discretion
  • Key client and stakeholder management
  • Organising internal and external events
  • Creating and managing marketing materials such as brochures, floor plans, and online listings
  • Liaising with external suppliers to support the property lifecycle
  • Coordinating internal communications and providing wider business support
  • Collaborating with marketing, HR, and finance teams
  • Assisting with social media and PR requests
  • Helping shape team culture through social and charity initiatives
You will be/have:
  • A highly capable PA with 2++ yrs experience who enjoys working at pace and takes pride in being organised, professional and reliable.
  • Confident, with outstanding organisation and time-management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential matters
  • A proactive approach and the ability to prioritise effectively
  • Confidence working with Microsoft Office
  • A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to support the wider team wherever needed
  • Experience in property, private client, or professional services environment
