What type of things will I be working on?

On this 2-year graduate scheme starting September 2024, you will undergo a range of rotations through several core business areas within the Manufacturing Services and Spectroscopy Division. This includes:

  • Product/materials/project management
  • Scheduling/logistics
  • Project management

Our Operational Graduates will develop a wide range of knowledge that enables them to become versatile team members in a variety of roles with could include:

  • Commercial (supply-chain)
  • Material control
  • Scheduling/logistics

Where will I be working?

This role is based at our sites in Gloucestershire (Woodchester, Stonehouse, Wotton-under-Edge) with some possible business need/preference rotations to Miskin, South Wales). As Renishaw sites are based in semi-rural locations, applicants must have their own form of transport or be willing to relocate to the local area.

What do I need and how do I apply?

We’re looking for passionate operational management graduates expecting a 2:1 or above (or equivalent) from a wide range of degree disciplines such as, Business, Project Management, Operations, Logistics, Engineering, Mathematics, Scientific, English, Economics, Law and Modern Languages.

Training and development is excellent so candidates with no experience but a keen interest in pursuing a career with a high-tech manufacturing organisation will be strongly considered. If you are excited about the role but feel as though you don’t meet all the requirements, we would encourage you still to apply.
