Salary: GBP40000 - GBP50000 per annum

Renewals Pricing Analyst

North-East London (1-2 days a week in office)

An established, growing insurer is looking to expand its pricing department by bringing in a new Pricing Analyst, focusing on producing insights and creating strategies to increase renewals and maximise customer value. The company itself is benefiting from 20%-30% growth YoY and is well-known for their excellent company culture.

The Role

• Looking at renewal strategy and optimisation for their existing customer base
• Very data-driven and analytics-focused work in creating insights and monitoring trends
• Lots of cross-collaboration with various teams across the business, including product, marketing, etc.

Your Skills and Experience

• Insurance pricing experience, within either strategy or driving insights
• Experience working on renewals
• Earnix is a strong preference – would also look at Radar or Emblem
• Proficient in any coding language – ideally Python or R
