Job Description
Role: Renewals & Customer Service Representative
Location: Liverpool, Hybrid
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, 09:00am - 17:30pm, 1 in 3 Saturdays 09:00am - 17:30pm
Salary: £25,877 - £27,515 plus up to £2,000 performance-related bonus per annum
The Renewals & Customer Service Representative role is a fast-paced, customer-focused sales position, working in a friendly, target-driven inbound sales environment where teamwork and positivity are part of the company culture.
The Renewals Agent will require excellent sales and customer service skills as you engage with new and existing customers. Full training and ongoing coaching will be provided, including industry knowledge in FCA regulated areas and all necessary tools to help you grow your career and serve our customers effectively.
