We seek a driven, dedicated, and passionate individual to join our fast-growing team, helping to make BOXT an international household name. As a Renewables Technical Support specialist, you will support our growth by assisting the Renewables Team with Heat Pump Design and providing technical support to customers and installation contractors.
Your responsibilities will include:
Minimum of 5 years' experience in the heating sector.
Experience in a customer service-driven role.
ACS qualifications (CPA1, CCN1, CENWAT).
NVQ Level 3 in Heat Pumps.
Clear DBS check.
IOSH Health and Safety certification (Desirable).
Full UK driving license.
Health and safety skills, professional communication skills (written and verbal), first-class customer service, organization and prioritization, IT literacy.
Team player, independent worker, eager to develop skills, customer-focused, patient, approachable, and supportive.
