Job description

In this position, you will play a key role in the sale of our full range of renewables products; therefore, previous sales experience in a similar role within a builder’s merchant environment or similar is essential.

Working with the sales team, the main purpose of your role will be to maximise sales by building first-class relationships with customers both over the telephone and face to face, whilst maintaining excellent customer service. You will also be required to provide quotations to customers, follow them up, and proactively develop sales.

You will be working within a close-knit team and will be dealing with our customers on a daily basis. You will therefore need to have the likeability factor and be the person that our customers will look forward to seeing, knowing that they will always receive excellent customer service and sound renewables product advice.

You should be confident, have excellent product knowledge, a genuine commitment to providing excellent customer service, great attention to detail, and be able to build and develop great customer relationships. Being computer literate is also vital. Previous sales experience is essential from within a similar role. We are also looking for someone who is ready to make an impact in the rapidly growing renewables industry.
