A dynamic and skilled Renewables Sales Consultant is being sought to join a growing team in the green energy sector in the Cotswolds. Dedicated to revolutionizing the energy sector with innovative sustainable solar battery systems for the residential market, this role is pivotal in driving the mission forward by engaging with discerning homeowners on domestic projects that require substantial investment.

As a Renewables Sales Consultant, your role will involve harnessing your outstanding service, negotiation, and sales abilities to reliably secure projects. By doing so, you'll play a crucial part in our expansion and the broader embrace of environmentally-friendly energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Engage potential clients via phone, email, and messaging, providing insightful information to establish trust swiftly.
  2. Demonstrate exceptional communication skills to articulate technology benefits clearly and persuasively.
  3. Utilize effective sales tactics and negotiation strategies to close deals with confidence.
  4. Calculate and present ROI to aid client decision-making.
  5. Manage client interactions and data accurately using HubSpot CRM.
  6. Quickly grasp and communicate the benefits of new technology, ensuring relevance to client needs, and maintain technical proficiency for confident customer engagement.
  7. This position is office-based.
  8. Ability to successfully convert warm leads.
  9. Proven track record in sales, with a history of successfully securing projects requiring significant investment for homeowners.
  10. Strong capability in using digital communication tools for sales purposes.
  11. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade.
  12. Proficiency in HubSpot CRM or similar customer relationship management tools.
  13. Aptitude for quickly learning new technology and systems.
  14. Ability to understand and convey technical information in an accessible manner.
  15. Strong analytical skills, with the capacity to calculate and present ROI effectively.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • £28,000 basic salary with an OTE reaching up to £50,000
  • 20 days' holiday plus bank holidays
