You will be working in a highly rated Legal 500 ranked Renewables Real Estate team, working on exciting and large-scale projects across all major clean energy technologies, including solar, hydro, wind, biomass, and battery storage, to name a few.
Your role will provide you exposure to the full range of Real Estate work in relation to these key projects, such as acquisitions and disposals, negotiating/drafting leases and options, securities, servitudes, and much more.
Client contact is common, and you will be working alongside renowned colleagues from construction, corporate, and banking to ensure these exciting projects are delivered to the highest standard.
