Job summary

Vibe Recruit is recruiting on behalf of an established renewables company in Wales for a Renewables Operations Manager based in Cwmbran. You will oversee day-to-day operations across installation teams and subcontractors, coordinating resources and schedules to deliver high-quality projects.

Ideally you will have a background in renewable energy, insulation or solar, with knowledge of PAS 2030/2035, MCS, TrustMark and Building Regulations, plus strong leadership and client-facing communication

Qualifications

• Experience in solar and insulation installation operations.
• Knowledge of PAS 2030/2035, MCS, TrustMark and Building Regulations.
• Experience managing installation teams and subcontractors.
• Full UK driving license.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Office and site-based work with regular travel.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and oversee solar and insulation installation projects.
• Manage projects from survey to installation and completion.
• Coordinate labour, subcontractors, materials and equipment.
• Monitor progress and resolve operational issues.
• Ensure on-time delivery within budget and quality standards.
• Lead installation teams and supervise subcontractors.
• Maintain compliance with PAS/MCS/TrustMark and Building Regulations.
• Maintain quality documentation and customer sign-off.
