Due to an increase in current and planned growth projects EMR are looking to recruit a full time Project Manager, to provide project management support across a portfolio of projects, working as an integral part of the project teams under the governance of the central project management function (Change Management Office).

What You Will Be Doing:

You will have a variety of responsibilities, here are a few:

  • Creation and monitoring of project plans from inception through to delivery, capturing resource requirements and managing project spend
  • Coordination and management of all projects related deliverables to agree progress, budget and quality of delivery working in line with the Change Management Office
  • Creation and maintenance of project plans, risk and issue logs, stakeholder maps and project documentation and papers for presentation for approval.
  • Assist with negotiation of contracts to improve prices and terms of business with customer and or suppliers, and review opportunities to make business savings utilising negotiation and procurement best practice tools and methods.
About You:

Ideal candidates will have experience of running multiple projects who demonstrate on time on cost project delivery with project planning and reporting capability. Candidates will have knowledge of well managed risk delivery with a high level of customer satisfaction.

Here are a few things that we're looking for:

  • You will have relevant Project Management qualification; Prince 2 Practitioner/APM/PMP
  • You will have a successful track record within project management in a variety of project situations including successful delivery of large projects / change programmes and multiple projects
  • Proven delivery of performance improvement and change management.
  • Excellent facilitation & coordination skills.
  • Excellent IT skills (Advanced Excel, Creation of Project Plans, Risk Assessments).
