Due to increased growth projects, EMR is seeking a full-time Project Manager to support a portfolio of projects. You will work as an integral part of the project teams under the governance of the Change Management Office.

What You Will Be Doing:

Responsibilities include:

  • Creating and monitoring project plans from inception to delivery, capturing resource requirements and managing project spend.
  • Coordinating and managing all project-related deliverables to ensure progress, budget, and quality, in line with the Change Management Office.
  • Creating and maintaining project plans, risk and issue logs, stakeholder maps, and project documentation for approval.
  • Assisting with contract negotiations to improve prices and terms with customers or suppliers, and reviewing opportunities for business savings using negotiation and procurement best practices.

About You:

Ideal candidates will have experience managing multiple projects, demonstrating on-time, on-budget delivery with strong planning and reporting skills. Knowledge of risk management and high customer satisfaction is essential.

Here are some qualities we're looking for:

  • Relevant Project Management qualification (Prince2 Practitioner, APM, PMP).
  • A successful track record in project management across various project types, including large projects and change programs.
  • Proven experience in performance improvement and change management.
  • Excellent facilitation and coordination skills.
  • Advanced IT skills, including Excel, project planning, and risk assessments.
