Job summary

A specialist renewables division within a national group of electrical distribution companies is seeking an Internal Sales Executive in Fareham. You will join a growing business, developing customer relationships and driving sales within a successful electrical wholesaler network of 4,000+ staff across the UK.

Responsibilities include building relationships with B2B customers, processing enquiries and quotations, promoting electrical and renewable energy products, and providing technical advice

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical wholesale, distribution or merchanting, or proven sales background.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Able to build relationships and identify sales opportunities.
• Well organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Team player, self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with new and existing B2B customers, delivering outstanding customer service.
• Process customer enquiries and quotations, identifying opportunities to maximise sales.
• Promote the company's extensive range of electrical and renewable energy products.
• Provide customers with technical advice and recommend suitable solutions for their projects.
• Work closely with colleagues across the branch to ensure excellent service and efficient order fulfilment.
• Help achieve branch sales targets and contribute to the continued growth of the business.
