Job summary

Frasia Wright Associates in Edinburgh is seeking an experienced Energy/Solicitor to join its Energy Team on a varied role supporting renewable energy projects, option agreements, leases and servitudes for developers, electricity and utility companies, and landowners.

The role covers acquisitions and sales of estates, farms, forests, sporting and fishing rights, and minerals, with opportunities across Scotland including Glasgow.

Qualifications

• Energy/Projects law experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Dealing with renewable energy option agreements, servitudes and leases, mostly acting for landowners and developers.
• Advising clients on the acquisitions and sales of estate and farms.
• Advising clients on acquisition and sales of forests, sporting and fishing rights, minerals and option agreements.
