Job summary

Eco2Solar, the UKs largest solar PV installer, is hiring a Renewables Electrician in York. You will install PV systems, EV chargers and battery storage for new-build housing, delivering high-quality, safe installations and excellent customer service.

The role is site-based with daily travel and occasional overnight stays, offering a attractive salary, bonuses, company van, fuel card, tools, leave, pension and wellness benefits.

Qualifications

• 18th Edition electrical qualifications (BS7671) required.
• N/SVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or apprenticeship with AM2.
• Experience in solar installations and/or domestic new builds preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install PV systems, inverters and generation meters safely and efficiently.
• Submit paperwork accurately and on time, in compliance with standards.
• Adhere to MCS, Health, Safety and Quality requirements.

Education

N/SVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or AM2 apprenticeship

Tools

CSCS/ECS Card for site works

Testing and Inspection 2391-52

Experience in 3 phase installations
