Job summary

Little Green Energy is seeking a qualified electrician to lead renewable systems installations on busy sites. You will install solar, battery and heating systems, ensuring high standards of safety, compliance and finish while coordinating with other trades.

You will work with installers, apprentices and the wider team to raise standards, share knowledge and drive improvements in how projects are delivered. A valid driving licence and renewables experience are beneficial.

• Qualified electrician with solid hands-on installation experience.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Willingness to work across multiple trades.

Responsibilities

• Install solar, battery and heating systems to high standards.

What You'll Be Doing

• Installation and quality:
• Install solar, battery and heating systems
• Work to high standards of safety, compliance and finish

Team & Site Delivery

• Work closely with installers, subcontractors and other trades
• Help keep sites organised, efficient and well run

Developing Others

• Support apprentices and less-experienced team members
• Share knowledge and help raise standards

Learning & Improvement

• Work with suppliers (e.g. Tesla, SolarEdge)
• Take part in training and building your technical knowledge
• Suggest ways to improve how jobs are delivered

Essential
