Job summary

Natural Power in Newcastle is seeking a Project Controller for a two-year fixed-term contract to strengthen the PMO with a focus on project financial management, budget oversight and forecasting. The role involves project setup and closure in the ERP, cost monitoring, invoicing and WIP, plus coordinating inter-company inputs within the Natural Power group.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in project financial management or controls.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Flexible, analytical, and able to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist PMO and project managers with project setup, maintenance and closure in the ERP.
• Support budget tracking, cost monitoring, forecasting, invoicing and WIP.
• Coordinate inter-company input within the Natural Power group.
• Liaise with Finance team to provide information and respond to queries.
• Support client invoicing inquiries and variations.
