Job summary

Blackfinch is seeking an experienced Investment Manager to lead valuation, financial analysis, due diligence and transaction workstreams across a renewable energy and infrastructure portfolio. You will own investment analyses, manage external advisers, coach analysts, and contribute to portfolio performance and strategic opportunities.

The role is hybrid with Elkstone base. You will lead multiple due diligence streams, coordinate cross-functional teams and present recommendations to investment

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' relevant professional experience within renewable energy investing, infrastructure investing, IPPs, project finance, investment banking, corporate finance, or related fields.
• Experience leading acquisitions, disposals, financings, refinancings and valuation projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead valuation and commercial analysis for renewable energy and infrastructure portfolio assets.
• Review and approve loan covenant assessments, PPA analysis, and asset performance reviews.
• Lead multiple due diligence workstreams during acquisitions and financings.
