Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.
• Approximately 2–4 years' post-qualified experience within asset management, infrastructure, renewable energy, audit or related environments.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and accounting principles.
• Experience working with complex legal entity structures and SPVs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting across a portfolio of SPVs and investment structures.
• Review and challenge reporting prepared by outsourced administrators and asset managers.
• Ensure timely delivery of management accounts, budgets, forecasts, statutory accounts and lender reporting.
• Maintain strong financial controls and governance standards across the portfolio.
• Build an understanding of the underlying assets, investment structures and commercial drivers.
