Job summary

The Sureserve Group is seeking a Renewable Energy Service Engineer to join our London & South East operations. You will service, maintain and repair renewable energy systems, conduct site assessments, troubleshoot issues, and train clients on operations and maintenance.

Ideal candidates will have gas qualifications (ACS desirable), a full UK driving licence, and a strong focus on customer service for a diverse client base in social housing. Competitive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Valid ACS and other gas qualifications desirable, not essential.
• Full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.
• Experience in social housing desirable, not essential.
• Proven track record in delivering high levels of customer service.
• Ability to work with a diverse customer base.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair and service renewable energy systems (ASHP, GSHP, MVHR, EAHP & Solar).
• Conduct site assessments and audits to evaluate system efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime.
• Provide training and support to clients on operation and maintenance.
• Collaborate with engineering team on system enhancements and safety.
• Maintain accurate records of service activities and performance.
