Renewable Energy Sales Representative
Salary - £25K-£35K (OTE £50K)
We are recruiting for a renewable energy company that specialises in solar PV and low-carbon heat pump installations. To support their continued growth, the business is looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Sales Representative to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity for a well-organised and driven individual, with existing sales experience, to take up a new permanent role to help maximise the lead campaigns and increase sales. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be working with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and develop renewable energy proposals that deliver cost-effective green solutions.

Role and Responsibilities
  1. Following up leads generated by lead activities and organic channels
  2. Contacting potential customers as part of outbound business development activity
  3. Discussing customer requirements to qualify potential customers for site visits and surveys
  4. Carrying out pre-sales surveys and site visits
  5. Specifying solar PV, battery, EV, and heat pump systems with the support of technical teams
  6. Following up on proposals with potential customers
  7. Being an ongoing point of contact for customers during their installation and for repeat business
Key Requirements (Qualifications and Skills)
  1. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  2. Enthusiastic, disciplined, and well-organised
  3. Proven track record in sales
  4. Full driver's license
  5. Existing experience in the construction industry would be advantageous
