Headquartered in London, Augusta has completed 125 transactions across 25GW of renewable energy, with an aggregate value exceeding €13bn. The company provides capital raising, M&A advice, and asset management services, focusing on investments in renewable energy and energy transition technologies, including wind, solar, hydro, storage, efficiency technologies, infrastructure, and hydrogen.

• Sector interest: Passion for investment banking with a strong understanding of renewable energy
• Relevant experience: Previous work in investment banking, consulting, renewable energy firms, or transaction services; other relevant experience is also welcomed
• Experience: 0-1 years in investment banking, consulting, or energy sector

• Maturity: Ability to engage with senior industry counterparts
• Enterprising: High level of initiative

Your role and responsibilities will include:

• Conducting in-depth company and sector analysis, financial modeling for pitches and mandates, and translating analysis into client recommendations
• Drafting deal marketing documents, internal investment presentations, and other client materials as needed
• Assisting with due diligence activities and coordinating workstreams with advisors throughout the execution process
• Participating in firm-wide marketing activities, including drafting pitches and building client relationships
