A bit about the job
You’ll shape and lead our renewable energy claims proposition—making sure we deliver brilliant service through strong client relationships and expert claims handling.
You’ll take ownership of the renewables portfolio, working closely with underwriting, product, actuarial and risk teams to share insights and shape strategy. You’ll build a data and reporting framework that helps us track performance and drive growth.
You’ll also support new and renewal business propositions, including reviewing product wordings. And you’ll lead a dedicated team of experienced claims handlers—helping them grow, thrive and deliver great outcomes for our customers.
