Job description

Role: Renewable Asset Construction Project Manager

Location: Heartlands Hospital (Birmingham) - On site

Duration: 3-6 months

Job Description

  1. Work directly with the M+E Manager to organize and manage contractors for the District Heating Flushing and DHW services Chlorination.
  2. Oversee the commissioning of the Plantrooms skids for LTHW and DHW systems.
  3. Assist in works related to the AHU coil swaps.
  4. Liaise with the Trust/CEF and all subcontractors to coordinate the delivery of planned works.
  5. Organize the engineering team to design arrangements and scope packages for a Temporary Steam Boiler, oversee installation upon contractor order placement.
  6. Manage the contractor responsible for the Energy Centre Phase 2 swap, including removal of Steam Boilers, replacement of the Stack (by a separate contractor), re-installation of LTHW Boilers, and piping works.
  7. Review Energy Centre drawings and program schedules, supporting the contractor to complete the project successfully.
