An established industry player is seeking a compassionate Renal Supportive Care Nurse to provide exceptional palliative and end-of-life care for patients with Advanced Kidney Disease. Location: University Hospital Crosshouse
You will assist and support the RSC Nurse Specialist to maintain the RSC service, which provides quality person-centred palliative, supportive, and end-of-life care for people with Advanced Kidney Disease and their families throughout Ayrshire & Arran.
You will work independently but with direct support and supervision from the RSC Nurse Specialist, Lead Kidney Nurse Specialist, and Clinical Lead for RSC. The post holder will collaborate with all members of the renal MDT and liaise with other health and social care professionals.

Hours: 24 hours per week
UK Driving Licence: Essential for this role.
