An opportunity has arisen for a Renal Supportive Care Nurse at University Hospital Crosshouse. The role involves providing person-centred palliative and supportive care for patients with Advanced Kidney Disease. An opportunity has arisen for a Renal Supportive Care Nurse based at University Hospital Crosshouse.
What you will do:
You will assist and support the RSC Nurse Specialist to maintain the RSC service, which provides quality person-centred palliative, supportive and end of life care for people with Advanced Kidney Disease, and their families, throughout Ayrshire & Arran.
You will work independently but with direct support and supervision from the RSC Nurse Specialist, Lead Kidney Nurse Specialist and Clinical Lead for RSC. The post holder will work in partnership with all members of the renal MDT and will liaise with other health and social care professionals.

Hours:
24 hours per week
UK Driving Licence is essential to this role.
