The role focuses on renal/dialysis-related care, medication administration, and accurate record-keeping, with support from the NursePlus clinical team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with NMC registration in good standing.
• Ability to work autonomously in a community setting.
• Strong communication and clinical assessment skills.

Responsibilities

• Delivering safe and person-centred renal care in the client’s home.
• Monitoring the client’s condition and responding to changes.
• Supporting dialysis-related care per the clinical care plan.
• Administering medications and maintaining accurate records.
• Collaborating with families and other healthcare professionals.
• Providing reassurance and continuity of care for the patient.
