Qualifications

Experience in renal dietetics and patient-centred care.
Registered Dietitian with renal experience preferred.
Proven ability to work in renal services.

Responsibilities

Manage a specialist renal dietetic caseload.
Undertake comprehensive nutritional assessments for renal patients.
Develop, implement and review renal nutrition care plans.
Provide specialist dietary advice and education for CKD and other renal conditions.
Monitor and evaluate nutritional outcomes of interventions.
Support patients requiring complex renal dietary management.
Collaborate with renal MDTs for holistic care.
Implement evidence-based nutrition interventions.
Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.
Support discharge planning and personalised patient care.
