Job summary

Diaverum in Blackburn is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our renal dialysis team on a permanent, full-time basis. The role offers a 37.5-hour week with a starting salary up to £35,944 dependent on dialysis experience and an 8-week supernumerary training period guided by Clinical Leads.

You will work in a patient-centered dialysis setting alongside a multi-disciplinary team, with extensive training, ongoing mentorship, and pathways for development within the clinic.

Qualifications

• NMC Registered General Nurse or due to qualify soon.
• Familiarity with the NMC code of professional conduct.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a multi-disciplinary team.
• Positive and dynamic approach to delivering safe and effective care.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Developing and overseeing care plans for renal patients.
• Ensuring clinical activities are meticulously documented.
• Preparing and monitoring dialysis machines and systems.
• Reviewing pre and post-hemodialysis care with patients.
• Collaborating within a multi-disciplinary team.
