Job summary

CS UK Recruitment Ltd is looking for a dedicated Staff Nurse to join an exceptional dialysis clinic in Poole, Dorset. You will provide haemodialysis care, mentor colleagues, and work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centred care.

The role requires an active NMC PIN and offers a permanent, full-time position with day shifts from Monday to Saturday. A competitive salary (£30,000–£35,000 DOE) and generous benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Must be registered as a Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.
• Experience in renal nursing preferred.
• Able to adapt to change and work in a multidisciplinary team.
• Good interpersonal skills, friendly and outgoing, flexible.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standard of patient-focused care.
• Mentor and assist team members.
• Provide safe haemodialysis treatment per patient prescription.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external organisations.
• Maintain effective communication with patients and providers.
• Adhere to procedures, guidelines and policies.
