Job summary

Jupiter Recruitment is seeking a committed Staff Nurse for an exceptional dialysis clinic in Farnborough, Hampshire. You will provide haemodialysis care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and promote patient-centered services. A current NMC pin is required and renal experience is preferred.

The role is permanent full-time, with day shifts from Monday to Saturday and a competitive salary of £30,000–£35,000 DOE plus benefits including 35 days of leave and flexible timings.

Qualifications

• Must be a qualified Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.
• Experience in renal nursing is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high standard of patient-focused care in a dialysis setting.
• Mentor and assist team members to ensure best practice.
• Provide safe haemodialysis treatment in line with patient prescriptions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and hospital trusts as required.
• Promote effective communication with patients, users and providers.
• Adhere to company procedures, guidelines and policies; contribute to review and improvement.
• Continuously develop knowledge and skills to maintain high standards of care.
• Commit to evidence-based practice and participate in evaluating care quality.
