The Renal Clinical Psychologist Development Post at Glan Clwyd Hospital, part of the NHS, offers a unique opportunity to join an established renal MDT within North Wales. This development post supports progression to Band 8a for suitable candidates, with part-time hours (15 hours per week) and a clear pathway for newly qualified Band 7s or trainees nearing qualification.

Qualifications

• Good Honours degree in Psychology; eligibility for Chartered status with the BPS.
• Doctoral level knowledge of research design and methodology, including complex multivariate data analysis as practised within clinical psychology.
• Non UK/RoI applicants require sponsorship to obtain either a Health and Care visa or Skilled Worker visa.

Responsabilités

• Direct and indirect clinical work with renal patients within the multidisciplinary team.
• Opportunity to develop groups within the service and engage in consultation.
• Provide training to colleagues in the wider multidisciplinary team.
