Job Title: Removals Warehouse Supervisor

We are currently recruiting for a Removals Warehouse Supervisor to join the Logistics Team on behalf of our independent removals company client, which provides global removals and relocation services.

The Removals Warehouse Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the warehouse.

Ideal candidates will have at least three years of experience in a similar warehouse role within the household goods industry. A full UK driving license and forklift license are advantageous but not mandatory, as our client considers exceptional candidates without these credentials.

Candidates should be natural organizers and planners, demonstrating professionalism, flexibility, and a results-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and lead warehouse crews, assisting with removals when necessary.
2. Oversee the handling of import/export containers, road shipments, LCL sea shipments, airfreights, and monitor stock levels of materials and uniforms.
3. Maintain clean and well-kept vehicles, ensure proper parking, and report any maintenance issues or damages immediately.
4. Support proactive planning during peak periods and communicate issues to the Operations Manager.
5. Ensure high standards of customer service to clients.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
7. Prioritize health and safety standards at all times.
