Overview

Astra Removals is a national and international Household Relocation Specialist company that prides itself on being reliable and professional. Our drivers/porters have a high standard of professionalism and courtesy.

Responsibilities

• Operate 3.5T Luton van for removals assignments, preferably with experience in a professional household relocation environment.
• Ensure safe and correct packing procedures; handle and maneuver heavy household items out of properties; pack and load the van to a high standard.
• Provide reliable travel to and from the site for a 7:00am start.
• Possess a courteous and neat appearance at all times.
• Support large contracts that provide secure long-term employment for the right candidates.

Requirements

• Age: at least 25 years old.
• Driving licence: must have no more than 3 points.
• Availability to average 2 nights away per week.
• Must be able to travel to Bournemouth BH21 3RN or relocate/commute as required before starting.
• Experience: Driving (1 year) and Household Removals (1 year) prior to application.
• Ability to provide your own travel to the site for start times.
