Job Title: Removals Sales Surveyor

Due to expansion, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Removals Sales Surveyor to work for our established family-run Removals company, offering domestic and international business services from their base in Warwickshire.

As a Removals Sales Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in the company's success by managing sales activities and assisting in branch operations.

Your responsibilities include assessing customer requirements, providing accurate quotations, securing sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Removals Sales Surveyor duties include:

1. Visiting clients and providing accurate quotations for domestic moves.
2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding and meeting their needs throughout the moving process.
3. Carrying out video surveys.
4. Following up on all sales estimates.
5. Liaising with the operations team to plan and coordinate removal projects, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
6. Working closely with move consultants to ensure detailed information is provided regarding the move.
7. Representing the company professionally and upholding its reputation for excellence in customer service.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term customer relationships. A Full UK driving license and willingness to travel for on-site surveys and client meetings are essential.

We are keen to speak to candidates with removals sales surveying experience, a strong understanding of the removals industry, and sound knowledge of removal procedures, packing techniques, and moving regulations.

In return, the successful Removals Sales Surveyor will be offered up to £40,000, plus bonus and commission.
