Removals Sales Representative – Glasgow

This role offers the opportunity to drive growth and deliver exceptional relocation solutions across domestic, commercial, and international markets. Situated in a busy and thriving branch, this position suits a motivated individual passionate about sales in the removals industry.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Develop sales aligned with the removals branch's sales and marketing plan across domestic, commercial, and international sectors.
  • Meet and exceed weekly sales conversion, margin, and revenue targets.
  • Respond promptly to incoming leads and removals customer enquiries.
  • Conduct on-site & virtual surveys to formulate suitable removal plans.
  • Proactively canvass target accounts as directed by the Branch Manager.
  • Manage existing removals client accounts to maintain strong relationships.
  • Collaborate with Operations to maintain and improve service standards.
  • Offer comprehensive customer support across the full range of removals services.
  • Accurately scope and cost removals using Moveware.
  • Execute marketing strategies to identify and develop target markets.
  • Provide detailed guidance on international removals & relocations.
  • Contribute to the branch’s overall sales strategy and business growth.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven B2C field sales experience, ideally in the removals or relocation industry.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and Google Workspace.
  • Full driving license.
  • Willingness to attend training and upskill as needed.
