Job summary

Red Recruit is seeking a confident HGV 2 Removals Driver in Surrey with a valid HGV 2 licence. You will join a busy, growing international removals team and take responsibility for safely transporting loads from collection to delivery in a fast-paced environment.

The role includes packing, loading, unloading, and routine vehicle checks; CPC training; adherence to safety policies; and completing paperwork. Salary up to £42k per year, with £35k–£42k depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Valid HGV 2 / Category C licence required.
• Experience in removals or willingness to perform removals alongside driving.
• Ability to work in a busy, team-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate a commercial vehicle safely from collection to delivery.
• Assist with packing, loading and unloading as needed.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and routine maintenance.
• Complete vehicle paperwork and compliance with safety policies.
