A family-run business specializing in international removals seeks a Removals Account Manager to join their Surrey team. In this full-time role, you will provide excellent customer service, liaise with partners for quotes, and oversee move logistics. Ideal candidates will have strong customer service experience, regardless of specific removals background.
We are currently working with a family-run business specializing in international removals. They are seeking a Removals Account Manager for their team based in Surrey.
As a Removals Account Manager, you will be the main point of contact for your clients, providing first-class customer service. Your typical day will involve liaising with overseas partners, quoting new enquiries, updating existing enquiries, scheduling in-home or virtual surveys, and handling booked moves.
Removals Account Manager duties include:
We are keen to speak with customer service professionals who possess excellent social, literacy, and numeracy skills, and who can communicate clearly and build good relationships with clients, colleagues, and third-party partners.
Experience in the Removals industry is advantageous but not essential; a strong background in customer service is the main requirement.
This is a full-time, permanent position, working Monday to Friday, 8:45 am to 5:00 pm.
The successful candidate will be offered a salary in the region of £26,000 plus commission.
