Job summary

KBR is seeking an experienced Zscaler Administrator to join our UK team, supporting and enhancing our Zero Trust security platform. You will maintain and evolve ZIA and ZPA environments to deliver secure access to applications, cloud services, and internet resources.

In this remote-based UK role, you will collaborate with cybersecurity, cloud, network, and application teams, implement automation, and contribute to continuous service improvement while navigating a large-scale, regulated

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with ZIA and ZPA.
• Experience managing policies, authentication and access controls.
• Troubleshooting across access, identity, networking and cloud connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimise ZIA and ZPA platforms.
• Manage policies, authentication, application segmentation and traffic forwarding.
• Support Zscaler Client Connector, App Connectors and cloud connectivity services.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, cloud, network, infrastructure and app teams to resolve issues.
• Onboard and segment business applications in ZPA.
• Monitor platform performance, security events and user experience.
• Contribute to automation using PowerShell, Python, Terraform and APIs.
• Assist with incidents, remediation, risk assessments and service improvement.
• Produce technical documentation, operational reporting and metrics.
