Job summary

Samsara is seeking a Senior Application/Product Security Engineer to lead their vulnerability management program. In this role, you'll work closely with engineers to maintain infrastructure and de-risk software vulnerabilities that protect customers. Ideal candidates will have over 6 years of experience, expertise in modern vulnerability management tools, and strong programming skills.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in security engineering and vulnerability management.
• Experience with vulnerability management tooling, especially Wiz or Semgrep.
• Excellent development background with experience in Python or GoLang.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain the vulnerability management program.
• Refine detection capabilities to improve accuracy and reduce false positives.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to support remediation of vulnerabilities.
