Qualifications

• 2–7 years of UX writing/technical writing experience.
• Proven experience writing user-centered product content.
• Experience with Jira and Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Write clear UX copy for product experiences, including UI text and onboarding.
• Create and improve user guidance and release notes.
• Collaborate with UX Designers and Product Managers from concept to delivery.
• Apply UX writing principles, style guidance, accessibility, and user research.
• Explain content decisions clearly to stakeholders.
• Manage feedback loops and work within a structured sprint process using Jira.
