Job summary

Mercor is seeking expert Evaluators in user and customer research to review AI-generated outputs (documents, spreadsheets, slide decks) for accuracy, rigor and domain quality. You will apply deep subject-matter knowledge to grade artifacts.

This is a remote, hourly engagement based in the United Kingdom. Candidates should have 5+ years of relevant experience, native or professional English, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Slides.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in user/customer research and feedback synthesis.
• Native or professional fluency in English.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Slides (Google Slides / PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated artifacts against domain-specific quality rubrics.
• Identify factual, aesthetic, and presentation errors.
