Mercor is seeking expert Evaluators in People ops / recruiting to review AI-generated work products for accuracy and quality. You will apply deep subject matter expertise to grade outputs such as documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.

This is a remote, hourly engagement. Candidates should have strong English fluency and experience with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (notably Slides) to deliver clear, structured feedback.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in People ops or recruiting.
• Fluency in English (native or professional).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Slides.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated artifacts against domain rubrics.
• Identify factual, presentation, and aesthetic errors.
